| SUPPORT |
We accept donations to the "Circle of Hope" fund which provides emergency assistance to families or individuals in Harford County. Often the Department of Social Services (DSS) is unable to provide sufficient help for emergency situations. When DSS believes in the validity of the emergency, they suggest that the individual appeal to churches in the area for help. The emergency may be for such things as assistance with an overdue fuel bill or overdue rent where eviction notice has been given.
Membership in the Circle of Hope involves donating $45 annually to assist individuals who appeal to our church for help to meet financial emergencies. The $45 may be made all at one time or $15 initially and agreeing to donate $15 no more than two more times during the year if requested.

Harford County Food Bank - The congregation supports the Harford County Food Bank with regular donations of food and children's books.
Sharing Table - Organized by a group of churches in Edgewood, The Sharing Table has been serving Harford County each Saturday for many years. We join with our friends from the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Harford County to prepare and serve the meal 3 - 4 times annually. We also collect donations to purchase the food we serve such as pizza or turkey. If you would like to volunteer, contact Jeanne Galvin-Clarke.
